- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or entity may only maintain one account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Our Services
4.1 Service Description
Link Marketplace provides a platform for purchasing backlink placements on quality domains. Our services include:
- Access to marketplace of domains with verified metrics
- Secure payment processing
- Order management and tracking
- Customer support
4.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications without prior notice.
5. Orders and Payments
5.1 Placing Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance by us
- Prices are displayed in DKK and include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Order confirmation will be sent via email
5.2 Payment
- Payment must be made in full before order processing
- We accept payment via Stripe (credit cards, etc.)
- All payments are processed securely
- You are responsible for any payment processing fees
5.3 Pricing
Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Delivery and Timeline
- Order Processing: We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days
- Link Placement: Backlinks are typically published within 5-10 business days
- Verification: You will receive confirmation when the link is live
- Delays: Timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
7. Content Guidelines
7.1 Acceptable Content
Target websites and anchor text must:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Not promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech
- Not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Not infringe on intellectual property rights
7.2 Prohibited Content
We do not allow links to websites containing:
- Adult content or pornography
- Gambling or illegal betting services
- Pharmaceutical products without proper licensing
- Illegal substances or activities
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
- Misleading or deceptive content
7.3 Content Review
We reserve the right to review and reject any content that violates these guidelines. Rejected orders will be refunded in full.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Full refunds are available for:
- Orders cancelled before processing begins
- Content rejected due to guideline violations
- Failure to publish link within 30 days (excluding delays caused by customer)
- Domain becomes unavailable before link placement
8.2 No Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Orders where the link has been successfully published
- Changes in domain metrics after purchase
- Removal of links by domain owners after publication (see Link Guarantee)
- Customer-caused delays exceeding 30 days
8.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
9. Link Guarantee
We guarantee that published links will remain live for a minimum of 12 months from the publication date, subject to the following conditions:
- Target website remains active and complies with our guidelines
- No changes to target website that violate content policies
- Customer provides timely response when verification is needed
If a link is removed within the guarantee period through no fault of the customer, we will replace it at no additional cost or provide a pro-rata refund.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Our Property
All content, features, and functionality on Link Marketplace (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by Dream Eighteen ApS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 Your Content
By providing anchor text or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question
- We are not responsible for SEO results, ranking changes, or traffic variations
- We do not guarantee specific domain metrics will remain constant
- We are not liable for third-party actions (domain owners, search engines, etc.)
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service
- Accuracy or reliability of results from using the service
- Quality of products, services, information, or other material obtained
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dream Eighteen ApS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your target website content or activities
- Your use of our services
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
